The Landings of Okoboji

The Landings of Okoboji, built in the early 1990’s and located on the north west side of beautiful
Lake Okoboji, consist of three unique entities.

 
Nantucket
Three condo units, with twenty total dwellings, collectively comprise Nantucket. These maintenance
provided units are designed and painted to emulate upper New England style and provide opulent views
of West Lake Okoboji from each unit deck.

Marina Village
Twenty-four two to five bedroom patio homes, located across the street from the Nantucket condos,
are collectively known as Marina Village. These maintenance provided homes are also designed and
painted in traditional New England style.

The Landings Estates
Two undeveloped lots and nineteen single family homes are built around a common green space. These homes are privately owned and maintained, and carry the title of The Landings Estates.

The three entities share common space comprised of an extensive sixty six space marina, swimming
pool, clubhouse, and a large green space that includes a gazebo, playground and basketball court.
