Green Space is available at the center of the Landings Estates homes with large open grass areas where opportunities for fun abound. Football, yard darts, frisbee, soccer, and corn hole are just a few of the many games that can be utilized for family gatherings and reunions. This area includes a basketball court that also can be used as a pickleball court. The playground area is a favorite for the young and young at heart. Also, a gazebo is located in the center of the greenspace for relaxing and listening to music. Concerts and activities are a regular part of planning for the social committee.
