Marina with sixty six boat slip spaces and docks. Currently not every owner reserves a boat space so a few of the sixty six slots are home to personal watercraft. These PWC spaces ARE limited and not guaranteed and are subject to availability. The Marina is governed by the Landings Association Bylaws with oversight by the Marina Committee. Each owner shares in the pro-rated cost of installation and removal of docks, catwalks, and hoists.
This area includes a sand beach that is regularly maintained and a swimming area with a raft between the the north and south docks. There is also a sitting area to relax just off the beach where you can enjoy the views of West lake Okoboji.
Owners and families enjoy countless hours of fishing, swimming, sunbathing, or reading a good book overlooking the beautiful water and listening to the sound of the waves as they make their way to shore.
