Landings Estates

The nineteen housing units surrounding a common green space are privately owned but part of the association and are governed by the Bylaws and covenants. Lots were sold and houses privately designed under the supervision of the Landings Estates Design Committee. The committee provided guidance for style to maintain consistent Upper New England esthetics for the community. All lots have been sold and the committee is inactive at this time. Each privately owned home provides its own exterior, landscape, insurance, snow removal, and upkeep at their own expense. They participate in a dues formula to help maintain common areas, pool, clubhouse, and Marina. Their dues include a lawn sprinkler service for summarizing and winterizing each homeowner’s sprinkler system, and they are significantly less than the other entities where more services are association provided. Each owner is entitled to one Marina boat slip. The owners are assessed a pro-rated share for the installation and removal of docks, catwalks, and hoists separate from their regular dues.
