Marina Village

The twenty-four, two to five bedroom, patio homes are privately owned with a common space parkway dividing the units north and south. There are twelve units on each side of a grass and tree lined sidewalk. Each patio home has a hard surface deck with space for tables, chairs, lounge furniture and plants. These units are governed by the Landings Homeowners Association By-laws and covenants. The maintenance fees cover routine painting and repair of exterior, landscaping, snow removal, concrete repair and common space upkeep. Each patio home unit is entitled to one Marina boat slip. Cost for installation and removal of docks, catwalks and lift are pro-rated and are assessed separately from the regular maintenance fee.
